No refund except the airport tax. The refund period start after you email them and they confirmed processing your refund and it will take 3 week to1mth. My last 2 refund within this period.

Anyway..just a different of few hours also want to cancel? Last time, mine even worse. I booked the departure date & my arrival wth 2 mths gap!!!..no choice but to cancel!!

Hi,
I just bought a promotion airfare to Singapore.
But, I wrongly booked the departure time.

i.e. I should buy the ticket with departure time at 3:00pm, but I wrongly booked at 1:25pm.

Any chance to get refund this incorrect departure time(at 1:25pm)?

BTW, I just bought another ticket at 3.00pm. sad.gif

Haha.. That is why, I no longer add anything to my flight itineraries till last minute and upon confirmation. Otherwise, once you decided to cancel last minute, you just burn the fare and you gain abit from the Airport tax

Likedat gimmick liao.. we want 50% off from what we can book Online.. Likedat might as well same nia..

For eg to Tokyo..Counter check -in - RM105 anf prebook RM50 for 15Kg..

Damn meaning the giving 50% discount on the counter checking of RM105 = RM52.50!!! Meaning more expensive than the current RM50 prebooked luggage??

On January I take:
15kg = RM35
20kg = RM40
total = RM75
after upgrade with new price last night:
20kg = RM35
20kg = RM35
total = RM70
loss = RM5 - cannot get refund but at least I no need to pay extra RM for 5kg added.

When exceed, just trf few heavy items from the luggages to hand carried bag on the spot lor haha. Certain airport do hv the weighing machines. If hv, just weight & trf out some heavy items out. I did that few times already but ever since the luggage fee getting expensive, I travel light.. Nowadays just bringing light weight Back Pack.. U can even check-in 2 big 55Ltr back packs which will only be ~ 14kh the most haha.. lugagges are heavy even empty!

BTW, AA, esp AAX came out wth new rules last week.. They told most of the stores in LCCT not to sell any cheap mineral waters to passengers esp those boarding AAX. They will check passengers esp on AAX just b4 you enter the waiting for boarding area. Even all Duty free liqour purchased need to be put aside in the dedicated table b4 entering the waiting room. damn..

Their small ~ 300ml mineral water = RM3. LCCT stores, 500ML ~ RM1.50-RM2.50.

but they dunwan to sell if they ask you whether you are bringing in..according to them, they kena sounded kaw-kaw by AAX last week. Anyway, I saw few also managed to smuggler in by hiding deep inside their carry-on bags.. The waiting area guard just randomly check.. Some lucky guy.. I should buy & tell them drinking now and hide inside my carry-on damnit..

QUOTE(WintersuN @ Jun 14 2012, 03:15 PM)
So the story is that company book a flight for me overseas. I use air asia. Then now i wanna change the fly date to earlier go holiday first. It will incur charges if i change flight date. Its ok I can pay for the extra charges. Then when i do online, during the change date step, it say the total charges is rm300+ !! More expensive than i book earlier.. I thought extra charges only around rm100 dat also alot liao

So i already paid earlier for the booking rm 285 not need pay rm 300+ again? That will be crazy..

Please advice those who did before

Also i wanna pay wif own credit kad dun let kompany know.. Please advice
*
THe RM100+ is for the fee for changing..The other RM200 extra is the price differences lor.. You got earlier the promo ticket but if you change now and no promo, for sure the price will be different and thus that's the price diff lor....

Added on June 14, 2012, 4:40 pm

Yes I will pay the difference of the price. But im just curious why it charge so expensive hmm.gif and also since is already paid use my boss credit kad i tot i change then use my own to pay

Dunno why had any affect on the kad if i change.. later alot problem come out la
*
All the charges should be displayed there.. and probably you just need to open a chat line & chat wth them if you claim they overcharge you. For AA, every single extra things or amendment is a cost smile.gif

we still can buy n smuggle mineral water juz before we go into the special waiting room in AAX rite? i done that b4 n they din check..they only check once,which is at the scan hand carry luggage place. impossible there's no mineral water at all after we pass the security check.lol..
*
I also done that many times before but this time, it's different. They just imposed this rules early June according to those stalls.shops. Thus those shops will ask you 1st whether are you bringing in the bottle. If you say Yes, they will NOT sell the water to you at all!!

eh, why not just buy from somewhere else than airport and smuggle in? tongue.gif
*
The airport security even b4 you enter the departure gate & b4 immigration counter you already kena check liao so how you gonna buy from outside & bring in?

Ppl normally buy inside those waiting area shops.. price ~ RM1.50- RM2.50 and bring in. But due to the latest AAX kacau-ing those shops.. They reluctant to sell to AAX passengers liao.. anyway, for AA passengers still OK bcos AA no need to go thru the special waiting room like AAX hmm.gif
