Hello all. Sorry if this question already being asked too many time. To read all 48 pages of discussion will take so long.

Wanna ask you guys about the problem to modify guest details. The birth date is set to default date which is 1 Jan 1977 eventhough while buying with AirAsia Go, I already entered correct IC no. When I tried to modify the date, encountered error:

Case Number: X78E3B9RMB

Already e-mailed to them but still haven't got any reply. Wonder if anyone else encountered this problem? Will it be a problem while boarding a domestic flight? Thank you so much for your help.

for eg.. name as in ic is elaine lam ying ying

Given Name: Ying Ying
Family Name/Surname: Elaine Lam
AA tix list d name as Guest Elaine Lam Ying Ying

or

Given Name: Ying Ying Elaine
Family Name/Surname: Lam
AA tix list d name as Guest Lam Ying Ying Elaine

which is the correct way of typing? confuse
*
In my opinion, both are acceptable for AA. As mentioned in the Tips thread, US airline used the 1st one.
I am able to book AA tix using the 2nd one though.

ok then, the random seat it is.

so basically if I only buy baggage allowance (assuming my baggage is within allowed dimension) the return one is enough right?

Have 20 kg allowance, but if it is exceeded can put some inside hand-carry bag. Doing it at the counter would be embarassing tongue.gif Will weight at home first using domestic body scale blush.gif

Me too. Get those 25-40kg mini scale. Accuracy +/- 100-200g is ok, as I try to achieve 6.8-6.9kg only most of the time.
Very useful when packing heavy stuff and to know near limit or not.
Check-in can.
Hand-carry, if scanned, sure consficate for lighter, considered as aerosol since it is compress.
Matches more difficult to scan, since it is tiny pieces of wood (not metal). I "accidentally" left it in my hand-carry computer backpack before. Some hotels match-box quite nice  tongue.gif

Thats what i thought too. One poster above said he can bring in lighter, and my friend also said the same thing, many times haha. No liquid bla bla bla, but can bring lighter! doh.gif

LOL... I'm smokers... I bring lighter everytime I fly.. no problem at all. Gas in normal lighter is not so compress until you can make it as a torch.

There is so much info on internet... just google it.
Yeah, i read some news about it too but just find it hard to believe biggrin.gif
