I just purchased 2 return tickets via AirAsia to Taiwan using online payment. However, i did not receive any confirmation email regarding this.

I have checked with my bank and the transaction is successful which means that the money has already been transferred.
Anyone has advice regarding this? anyone experiencing this before? Kinda worried.

Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

How do i change my flight if I booked without login to air asia wedsite b4? What can I do to trace back and change the flight tickets?

Actually I am asking on behalf of my friend, he just want to change the flight date later one day. But the flight time is within 24 hours which mean that he wanna change the flight from tomorrow to the next day (tomorrow of tomorrow). So do he entitle to change it?? and what can he do to change the flight now?

And normally how much air asia will charge for change flight date from peninsular to east malaysia?

i wanna ask, i oledi use mobile check in, but din ask for passport, but the passport i use last time to buy the ticket is not my current passport cos i just renewed my passport. will it be any problem? Is it as long as the name is correct then should be a problem right?

when my first time to do booking to langkawi,they request IC to fill in at traveler details..
but the second times,they didn't request my IC when i booking their ticket,is it normal to be like this?
The travelers people aren't same group as last time..

for work reasons, I am unable to travel.

I do know that promo ticket can't be change to another date,
but how about changing the name?

I don't think so, if you have paid RM4 for flight booking, you don't have to pay again when adding meals. One time charge.

I discovered that if you have paid the RM8 fee using credit card for flight booking, there is no RM4 fee if you use direct debit later.

When did you book your flight, before or after the fee introduction?

It means you already paid the RM8 convenience fee. So they will not charge you anymore fee when you add-on, regardless whether you use credit card or direct debit for the add-on.

I wouldn't say buying via CC is better, it depends on the amount and situation. Credit card charges you RM16 for a return trip, but direct debit only RM4.

Can I bring shampoo and shower gel bottles with me when boarding domestic flight?Or I need to contain them in 100ml bottles and seal in a resealable plastic bag?
