QUOTE(eksk86 @ Dec 8 2011, 01:54 AM) But I can login and can request TAC which means I should be able to do transactions rite? I know it was down from 11:45pm - 12:45am for maintenance but after that I can login. Normally i able to request TAC also but i verify it with the vendor normally it wont go thru until the next morning. This is for online shopping and didnt use for AA. |

You might be dissapointed even if u manage to get in. I manage to get in twice and click submit payment but transaction failed. |

done planning for my holiday in 2012...
on march to bangkok...i got it on their past rm3 promotion... but the total price i have to pay last time is even lower than this current 10 cent promotion mainly because of the increase of airport tax.... so decided on this current promotion to travel locally... Kota Kinabalu...on october...just for rm32.20 thanks AA for making everyone can fly... even for cheapskate person like me!!!hahahahaha |

Servers have been stable for awhile after the rush. Just can't find a destination to go to that I really want. Some cheap fares to Melbourne but not much else interesting.

Stay up late to fish for cheap tickets and instead get a nightmare.
I made a double booking and spending 4 hours after that trying to find info to get a refund and brought me to this thread. From what I gather the most I can get refunded is the airport tax (what about the fuel surcharge?). Any suggestion on the procedure to get the most refund? Go to their office(where?) or to call their expensive hotline? I booked a KL-Melb return flight for my brother in Sept2011 at a promo of rm983. Then early this morning book similar tickets (same date same flight) at a promo of rm756. Only discovered when I checked the confirmation at my airasia account. Fare price was rm290. Fuel Surcharge - rm140. Airport tax - rm 310. Processing - rm 16. Now feel groogy after a bad sleep of 3 hours. HELP! |
