After so much of support from all of you, it has been well rewarded. Here is what you should know of the midnight launch.

Date: 12 November 2011-13 November 2011
Time: 11.30PM to 12.30AM
When will the sale start?: 12.00AM exactly
Location: McDonald's Bangsar
How to find Kyo?: He'll basically have a nice box written with "Super Mario 3D Land" outside.

This is only for those who have preordered. Walking in and asking if I have extras is still plausible, but no guarantees i would have any left.
