Hye guys...

I hv been using this s2 for almost 2 months now..
and im having this kind of problem twice actually.
Ive google around and finally bump into this thread.

The problem is

After i was fully charged the battery and wanna start using
the apps, suddenly the music (ori samsung) apps start to play without any
sound come out. And it keeps come out and come out even i force the apps to stop
by using the task manager.

And my s2 is like being mute, no sound from the button or music. But i could play
the sound from the ringtone...sigh, seriously im tired of this.

Last time (about a week used) i went to samsung service centre and they just reflash the OS without any
idea why this problems happen. And it worked well untill the problem happen again.

I knew i need to go to the centre and everything will be ok,
but please someone let me know why my s2 acting like this.
Any idea guys?

But this is not hardware problem.. since the last time happened,
Samsung SC only reflash the os and everything work! They also dunno
what happen to my s2.

Seriously i have no idea. But i think this might be the problems due the short-circuit @__@
hahahaha.. sigh.

ok now, where is my earphone!!! need to try 1st.

yeah. i restart the phone plus restore to the factory setting, but nothing works. i still cant find where is my earphone.

Wah your problem sound weird. Never encounter before but sound a bit like hardware problem. Next time it happen, plug in an earphone see if got sound there.

i try to plug in the earphone and guess what? i can hear the sound, and it works well using the earphone..
so do u have any idea why i enconter the probs without plugin the earphone?

nvm. i oso facing this problem last time with criskelo rom. wat i do is plug in headset n remove it, then the sound will come back.

doesnt work for me. i unplug the earphone, the problem is still there. btw, im a i9100G s2 user.

the sound is ok if i played from the ringtone itself (without earphone) , but not from the music apps. And the button sound also gone. Out of nowhere, the music apps keep open and play itself even i force the apps to close.

I plugin the earphone and i could hear the music and it won't come out any sound when i unplug.

Anyway, is it the music apps repeatedly played also causing by the "Your problem seems to be that the phone thinks headphones are plugged in the whole time." ?

yeah. i tried to play with the port, and nothing happen. i don't think this can be fix tonight. aiseyman.
Just send to the techman at the samsung tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Anyway, i think the problem is the short-circuit within the earphone port and the phone itself. And the phone keep thinking i plugin the earphone at all time.Might be causing by my home electric flows during the phone was charged.

if samsung cant fix the probs, do they change me for a new set of phone? just asking

Referring to my previous issue.
After i leaved my phone for a couple hours last night,
i noticed it gets back to normal.

Seriously i have no idea for this issue.
So is that ok guys? or i still need to go to service centre?

conclusion: Make sure you check the plug first, before you recharge the phone.
