sms - sms backup
call log - call logs backup & restore

for others, used titanium backup..try to reinstall..yours using ori TB?

last time mine is like that...non-g version and found out some apps i install recently causing it..i only install from market..but some app in market can cause this issue as well..try uninstall the apps you install last..
