yeah. i restart the phone plus restore to the factory setting, but nothing works. i still cant find where is my earphone.

It is how the app is. Once you install the beta egl driver and restart, you must reinstall the app. Then it will be fine

well, coming from symbian we knew that quickoffice reli.......

Seems like amazon only offer crappy free apps nowadays

Wah your problem sound weird. Never encounter before but sound a bit like hardware problem. Next time it happen, plug in an earphone see if got sound there.

i try to plug in the earphone and guess what? i can hear the sound, and it works well using the earphone..
so do u have any idea why i enconter the probs without plugin the earphone?

nvm. i oso facing this problem last time with criskelo rom. wat i do is plug in headset n remove it, then the sound will come back.

doesnt work for me. i unplug the earphone, the problem is still there. btw, im a i9100G s2 user.

aiseh, G version oso like this?

maybe you can try go to setting>sound and change ur ringtone, try play from there c the sound will come out or not.

the sound is ok if i played from the ringtone itself (without earphone) , but not from the music apps. And the button sound also gone. Out of nowhere, the music apps keep open and play itself even i force the apps to close.

I plugin the earphone and i could hear the music and it won't come out any sound when i unplug.

Your problem is so funky.

All devices detect headphones because of the resistance applied across the contacts when powering the coils in the speakers. Your problem seems to be that the phone thinks headphones are plugged in the whole time. But when ringing, of course the phone will ring through the speaker, not the earphones.

Have you tried twisting the headphone jack in the socket? Try blowing into the socket with compressed air or just use your mouth(make sure there is no saliva!!!)

It could also be a software glitch if you are 100% sure it was fixed completely with a re-flash...

have anyone got some wakelock issue with checkromhd 2.0+siyah 2.2b6? mine saw some facebook app, the upload manager keep running on the b/g even after closed the main app...

It's not THAT bad. PowerPoint and Excel works better IMHO on QuickOffice. I just keep DocsToGo as backup these days.

It works better for quick edits too.

EDIT: I take that back. The latest update has rendered DTG much better. QO now has an advantage in PowerPoint ONLY.

it might be correct..maybe your headphones port got problem..since once you plug in headphones, it will cause the stock player to pop up i guess

yeah. i tried to play with the port, and nothing happen. i don't think this can be fix tonight. aiseyman.

Anyway, i think the problem is the short-circuit within the earphone port and the phone itself. And the phone keep thinking i plugin the earphone at all time.Might be causing by my home electric flows during the phone was charged.

Yup as i suspected. Seen it before on HD2, my very old P525 but not on SGS2. Your's is the first case i know of. Get samsung to fix it. Not sure about stock music app, but some like poweramp will start to play once you plug in earphone. So when your phone thinks an earphone is plug in the music app starts i think.
