We do not carry the switch RB250GS as we find RB750 is a great replacement that do more with just a little bit more of money.

1. 1.5Mbps Upstream/Downstrream TM SDSL
2. 384Kbps Upstream/1Mbps Downstrream TM ADSL

Using Mikrotik Routers we can load balance these two lines right. One more thing, is there any place I can test run the Mikrotik OS before use? Thanks.

Yes, you can create two PPPoE clients on the Mikrotik router to connect to both your SDSL and ADSL, then you are able to setup the load balancing with both of the WAN links.
