Im just curious, what's the diff other than getting the phone cheaper with Digi SmartPlan compare to their non-contract SmartPlan?

come to think of it, I would go with SEP 2 year warranty to be on the safe side. Since everyone is saying Digi suck, I would definitely want my freedom rather bond for 1 or 2 year with them.
