Download 'BetterBatteryStats' app to see if you got any wakelocks and which apps is running on the background

If more then 7 dead pixel then you can claim warranty under screen defect. Or try bring the phone back and show the defect to your seller

You use this app to check if got any wakelocks that keeping your phone from deep sleep. Also to monitor any apps that running on the background when the screen off. You can get this app free at xda dev. :-)

Thanks bro, but my lagging includes writing on the S Memo. Gonna hitz Pavillion now to test the demo set. :-(

You mean you got the whole new phone set or they just change the S Pen.?

Just back from Pavillion. Samsung promoter confirmed that my S Pen/phone is unaccurate. But they advice me to go to service centre first as they might help with the adjustment/calibration which i agreed as my phone dont have any other problem.
If this monday still the S Pen/phone cant be adjusted then i will claim 1 to 1 exchange.
- to those who want to know whether their S Pen and the phone adjust/ calibration is correct.
1) Go to S Memo
2) Open a page that have small/tiny square.
3) Point you S Pen on one of the small square and try to mark that square.
4) If you miss that mark (intended square) then most probably you need to go to service centre for calibration.
Try to do this test within this 7 days as you still have a chance to make a 1 to 1 phone exchange.

I try to pinpoint in the middle on one of the small square and 90% went sideways. Feel like shooting a flying ducks in the arcade ~~lolol~~

If within a week you still haven't receive sms from Samsung, you can go to service centre to register it. Just bring along your official receipt with you :-)
