Having problems joining servers. Game cannot be launched. Then it will stutter when I want to shoot people and end up I die

Funniest thing happened just now. I got into a jet, saw a heli and disabled it with my heat seeker missile then spam machine gun. Suddenly my game stuttered like it's been doing since the patch and next thing I know, I'm heading towards containers on the ground. At least I got 2 kills...
