Dear All Pro Sifus here,
Hi, I think I need you guys/ladies help.
My GF's sister (using n55sf-i7, I help her bought last year) reported occasionally "brownish-effect" in her monitor.
Everything on the screen become brownish like "old photo". After she restart her lappy usually can solve this problem but not always.
Perhaps you guys got any idea about this situation? Is this covered under warranty and how can we go about this? Thanks.
Here is an update:
I see the system just now.
It seems that when this happens, I flip the setting "high-performance " and "battery saving mode" and then it become normal irrespective which mode I use. After restart, it occasionally happen again.
So, I go into safe mode. I observe the brownish effect happens as well.
This Sounds to me like a software problem, correct me if I'm wrong.
So, I go back to normal windows and try to roll back the Intel graphic card driver.
After I had roll back the driver of Intel graphic card, the whole screen went black, I done a forced restart.
After the restart, the "brownish effect" seems solved, for now.
Will see what happens in the near future.
