Let me go test a while,
Is it every rmvb also the same ?
Latest CCCP ?
For the mean time, open Option in MPC, go to External Filter, Add Filter, find "CyberLink RealMedia Splitter (PDVD10)", then tick "block", restart MPC and try play the rmvb.
Okay, blocking CyberLink RealMedia Splitter (PDVD10) partially helped. It reduces the lags significantly but the moment I jump to any part of the movie, the problem starts again.

I remember u have to copy few files to solve the problem.
Alright, your method appeared to have solved the problem!!
I did only the following steps & it has worked;
1) Download the Windows version of binary codec pack for MPlayer.
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html#binary_codec(filename = windows-essential-20071007.zip)
2) Extract only these files from the ZIP archive:
cook.dll, pncrt.dll, sipr3260.dll, drv33260.dll, drv43260.dll
3) Put those files in the Windows system folder.
That is C:\Windows\System32\ on a 32-bit version of Windows.
That is C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Well, I'd like to thank lee_what & Duckies for your help! Now everything appears to be fine =)
