i have bought a N45SL JAY CHOU MYSTIC EDITION last valentine day.

wonder am i welcome to this thread....seems like everyone is talk about N45sf or N55sf...

i put on bed just for photograph purpose, normal will put on a cooler pad d....cap ayam cooler pad...lol

here is my question,

i want to install OS that i buy instead of the home premium that came with this laptop.

but before doing this, im afraid if i format it like the usual way, all the special content in my laptop will gone, especially the boot up screen animate,wallpaper and the screen saver,because all of this is specialy for laptop JAY CHOU MYSTIC VERSION.

detail of the special content:

1. when turn on the laptop, 1st thing show up is a few second of animiate screen design by jay chou.(i dint found the source on anywhere in my laptop or the CD ,and I CARE ABOUT THIS)

2.few wallpaper of jay chou.(i found it.it is locate in asus e-recovery IN MY LAPTOP,not the bundle CD）

3.screen saver of jay chou.(i found it.it is locate in asus e-recovery IN MY LAPTOP,not the bundle CD）

4.a full version Full HD music video of 水手怕水.(locate in video folder of default windows video folder.)

where is the bootup screen animate located?i want make a backup of it, and is it a installer where i have to install so it will work?



what should i do to retain back the special content?

you sure it is in the bios and it format wont lose it??

why jelly? N55sf is also good ah, gt555m is not much diff with gt 635 geh...

actually last year around december i decide to buy N55sf, but the taoke niong tell me a newer one are coming next year and it sure better than n55sf, so i wait.if she dint told me, i would buy N55sf too.

BTW, the older special edition got fancy start too?

fancy start is use to change the animate o? but i dint saw the jay chou version in my fancy start choice le, in there only got few laoya ...lol

bbbbtw, it is exclamination mark, but is fancy one, like a slide show change from dolphin to many other things then finally the mark comes out, the music is nice!
