i know all of you are busy talking about rm500K and above property, and anyone asking below that is considered impossible to get or hard to get, but I just wanna ask, anyone one of you know any landed property that is worth rm300K ? it can be in PJ or Puchong or KL area....

However, you can try in old landed props perhaps in Shah Alam or Klang.

Even new double story in Klang Bdr Puteri cost almost RM500K.. no kidding..
