its not waste..its the price u pay for that game..

However, putting too much time in one game for a short amount of time provides no benefits.

Sure, im sitting with 12 hours now, but say in 6 months time, i get 100 hours, that pretty good for me. I aint gonna do like 100 hours in 3 days.

With the information, we can deduce that you've spent nearly 1 day playing Battlefield 3 which in that time, you could :

- Download a NES emulator and Contra rom
- Run thru the whole game 13 times without the 30 lives cheat
