When will passat cc facelift be launching? will it be by this year?

just got a call from Sales Agent that the coming batch of golf tsi they  might get is 2012 year made car.

which means, i wont get that much of discount (14k plus other goodies) and they will give 2-3% discount for 2012 made car to compromise the false promises they made to me.

i'm very upset and feel fustrated, i might go for legal allegation if they failed to deliver what they promised to me earlier.

the branch i get my deal is from VW Jalan Ipoh from Amcorp.

How sure are you about this? Coz I called FA at jln Ipoh and they said that the max discount for 2011 passat is only rm13k.

I totally disagree. The customer has every right to ask a dealer to match the best discount given by another dealer. Doing so is not being cheapskate. Who would pay an extra thousand for the exact same product?

Yes, everybody needs to cari makan but there is no excuse for the SA providing crap service to a customer just because he cannot match or doesn't feel like matching the discount. The customer is buying a continental car costing >100k, and he has every right to expect a minimum standard of service.

If the SA cannot provide good service, then I'm sorry but please tell the SA to find another line of work where customers do not have to see his sour face.

Anyone knows where to buy those 3M stick on antenna shark fin on our rocco or jetta arr?

Thinking of getting one to put on m golf since the Golf R has one and it looks not bad on our hatchbacks.
