what's the minimum monthly income one should have in order to afford a scirocco? cos apparently its fuel efficient, the 1.4 model n with warranty, not much maintenance needed..

say a minimum income monthly of abt 6-7k, with other fixed expenses of abt 1.2k monthy? will that be good?
*
assuming 9 year period 90% loan at 2.6%, it'll be around 2.3k per month.

current dream car = Polo GTI.

but i heard from many that they would op for Golf more because polo too small.  hmm.gif
*
polo gti is using same 1.4 twincharged engine as golf tsi, but it's tune for slightly more power
and it's around 200kg lighter than golf, BUT the waiting period for polo gti is maaaaaaaad~

Hi to all masters of volkswagen. I would like to ask about the polo gti 1.8T. Is it worth to buy and what is the price now for a used car?
*
1.8 TFSI engine?
it's quite a pocket rocket, however it only comes with manual

Help help.. my 1 mth old Polo TSI (mileage less than 2k) had these problem and now it is CNY season. I really don't want to be the traffic jam creator on North South highway.

Problem 1-The EPC + check engine + anti-skid turn on. Then the car lost power and jerk. So i turn off and on, now it is back to normal. Will try to drive around before going down the highway.
this needs SC to run diagnostic

Problem 2-Noticed that the air-cond not cold temporary...around 10 minutes.
check aircon piping, happen to me before goto sc fix in 30 mins

History of my Polo.
During my first week.. windscreen broke. Fuel lid broke. And now this... sigh.

Hi Guys,

I plan to buy the Golf TSI soon. Need to ask is it worth it to buy with "Light & Sound Package"? The difference in price is around RM7k. Because if not, I would rather spend it on something else smile.gif

*Light & Sound Package
Bi-xenon headlights, Dynamic and static cornering light system, Dynamic headlight range adjustment, Front fog lights,
Headlight cleaning system, MEDIA-IN USB/iPod media interface.
*
it's worth getting, since installing them aftermarket will be more hassle & might have warranty issue
i thought they no longer offer golf tsi without light & sound package?

go test drive it, it should feel like a 2.0 power wise but with more torque.
not sure about cruise control though, can always install aftermarket.
