hello ... im interested in shih tzu since young ....
but im a busy student then .. and my mom discourage me to rare pets

now in university dy ... stay in apartment ..wan to rare oso canot ..

erm .. i wan ask is there way to keep shihtzu hair short(like few months old) for years ....??
or it will juz grow ??

and how much u guys spend on it monthly ??
