i think cant let him stand on the tray lah....its something like punishing him not to leave the tray.
Wat i do is let him stay at that area, near the paper. When FIFI leave, i just carry her back to that area, then let her smell the paper. I din play wif her, just sit beside. Fifi will like act cute, wanna play, but i just ignore, give her a nylon bone. This is to make Fifi relax, not excited, scared....WHen she is relax, then only poo (i think). Then later she will sniff sniff, then carry her to the paper again loh. Just repeat and repeat.
Or since u got a play pen rite, u can put him in a play pen, then put the paper at the corner. Let him do watever he wans. U monitor him loh.....See he wanna pee or poo, fast fast say NO, then carry him to that paper, then treat.

Fifi got search the dustbin ah, but every also caught by me, then i say NO, she will stop......
Sometimes, i think that she know wat she should do, wat should not be done, but she still purposely wanna do it.
Like biting fingers, everytime i say no, she'll stop.
1st she'll bite finger during play time, then i say NO.....then she'll leave my finger but still do the biting act, open and close her mouth, but dare not to bite. After few minutes, dunno forget or wat, bite again........

FIFI ah, almost 4 months old loh....I know she is teething, so i din punish her for biting, only say NO..........
But i really think they purposely do that one lah, like u dun see me i do, u ask me stop i stop loh.....

If diff gender, male will hump on female when the female is on heat.
But if both r male, then might got fight for dominant wor...........careful oh....

i heard that normally shih tzu will weight from 6kg to 8kg one, so not overweight lah....

THe baby kepoh loh, FIFI is sleeping there, she go kacau, wanna play. When FIFI counter back, she growls........

i think feed Omega 3 oil better. Nutristat leh...
Or if u got more budget, got buy Fishoil capsules with oemga-3 one loh...more expensive, but i think quality better gua.....and u urself can take as supplement too.

The dog food u prepare ur own one?? or its dog kibbles??

Currently my FIFI still ok, eat watever is fed to her, and confirm sapu habis. After eat like not enuf, wans more.........
Wat i dun like is shih tzu eat like a vacum cleaner, eat super fast!! and will vacum watever particles on the floor, tissue paper, leaf, plastic, dirt........

THen XUn Xun is better loh, jack2 got spoilt liao. Dun let xun xun follow his track loh

Now FIFI is 4 months old lah, but when she sees strangers, she'll be super excited, tail wag fast then pee on the floor.......
Any of u experience that? WHen they stop?? I dun really like that coz it always dirty my gf house when v bring FIFI back hometown.

how often do v need to clean their ears and pluck the ear hair??
CAn use cotton bud, soak some ear wash and clean the ear canal??

My FIFI knows similar way.......
WHenever i wan her to go back to her cage, or if she does something wrong, and i scold her, she'll lie on her back, pretend to be baby, manja me....then I'll just rub her tummy......hai.......
Mayb when i 1st bring her home, i always rub her tummy, and now she knows liao.....

I dun dare to do that, scared i myself in trouble later.
i buy treats for puppies only, those biscuits with meat flavor one leh....
But those meant for puppies, if not too hard, cannot chew.

just an added info, after jab, dun bath the puppy for at least one week oh.....so before taking the jab, bath first.

Mine ah....at first dun like shower.....dun like water, but now ok liao, but still sometimes wont stand still for me to bathe her. After drying up with towel, she'll went berzerk, run here and there. So i have to grab her and place her on a table to dry her.
When i on the hair dryer, she'll went crazy again, biting the wind, she likes it, but end up scolded by me.
After finish drying, nail trimming, ear cleaning, a little treats loh......
