I think there is no more option to select fund from bank account when not enough balance in paypal, I think bcoz now can top up paypal from bank account (fee RM2 from any bank, free from RHB).the process is when u paid online using paypal, then paypal check u dont have $$, paypal will ask u to select funding from ur maybank acc
