Yes the level of service is far from satisfactory. In fact, it is absolutely rubbish.

The rental plans are already a rip-off as compared with other rental providers, and furthermore he does not even bother to respond to you, sometimes even asking "who are you".

That is why I have only managed TWO successful rentals from him. I had to chase and pursue, chase and pursue in order get the rental. Finally I gave up on his lousy service and decide to terminate. You can see the delays in the thread linked below:
