Btw off topic a little, I've seen many photos at Airliners.net are taken at KLIA, very close shots, anyone knows where is the place for spectator to see and take close ranged photos at KLIA?

You can try your luck at the Pusat Kajian Cuaca near KLIA. Just beside the road.
