I think this only can be a reference, you may be slow react to this test thing because its not in your muscle memory, take this as example.

My reaction in counter strike is way better compare to BF3, almost every time enemy pop out i am able to easily lay headshot on them, in BF3 its hardly to be done, because i'm still not used to the game yet.
