hi friends,

Does anyone use Panasonic Bayu (four blades) at home/office? I have installed 4 Panasonic Bayu at home and almost all of them swaying when running..

I feel sad and frustrated..

What I have done wrong during installation? How to stop my new fan from swaying when running?

your advices and guidances are appreciated..

try calling the panasonic customer service hotline. they will ask their techinal guys to come to reinstall if needed. FOC as long as its within 1 year of purchase date..

mine was as such too as my contractor fixed the fans for me...but after the panasonic guys came in, they educated my contractor and all is good now..

I don't have contractor...all the lights and fans installed by myself....anyway, thanks for your advices..
