pick 2-3 exercises per bodypart and 2-3 sets each. Enough.

That i can't tell you. You need to figure it out yourself everyone is different. But if you're a beginner and doing light weights, your chance of overtraining is a lot less. If you're advance you might wanna do it twice a week.
