hi my phone is HTC Desire HD.

Recently I found out left side of the lcd area from Top left to almost bottom lef is not response to my finger touch.

Flash few time with different ROM seems not able to softfix the issue. So I wondering it is touch screen issue or LCD screen issue.

i would like to ask also the price stated above is it the latest ?
