QUOTE(rattan @ Dec 17 2011, 07:56 PM) I have personally added conduit/flexible hoses to the fiber optic cable for extra protection. BTU got lifetime warranty.I have added installed a stand fan blowing straight onto my routers and BTU for cooling. Worried they give way so the extra stand fan really helps cooling them down + my notebook. I strongly believe an additional fan is necessary if you want to extend the BTU and wireless router life span. Once the warranty is over the BTU replacement is going to cost an arm and leg. |

I have installed Unifi on 15 Dec 2011, everything works fine until today.
D-Link215 router, can connect to PC, laptop, samsung tab, and SE xperia mini pro. But today I can connect using my SE xperia mini pro. I can connect to my Yes router, but not unifi router. |

QUOTE(ahlong @ Dec 24 2011, 01:26 PM) after online 19days with new router (TP-LINK WR841N) without problem, got to turn off the router today coz of changing some electric system.. By the way where did you buy the TP line router?nice router with reasonable price.. eventho 19days online, no issue happened.. everything smooth.. just dreaming to buy Mikrotik router but ending fall in love with TP-LINK coz my previous streamyx modem+router also TP-LINK.. when i bought it, i didn't flash to klseet firmware coz already Unifi compatible and the firmware inside it newer than klseet firmware.. using it without problem.. IPtv at LAN port 1.. |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Jan 10 2012, 01:54 PM) One word: "lazy" Remember the 7 inch Eee PC installed with Windows Xp, I just took it up fired it up and I can connect it to Unifi router. The small netbook is very slow but I just kept it for ????????????Say "cannot be done", kautim. Say "can but I'll need to call for help" = a lot more effort and time used for the same pay and possibly miss the next installation and associated commission. See, even typing that takes more effort. LOL. This post has been edited by wongsf: Jan 10 2012, 03:02 PM |
