Hi,how do i change the password for the high speed residential broadband? i logged into the unifi online customer service page,and clicked on the change service passwords ,but it seems that this along with the few other options were greyed out.I cant change my unifi high speed residential password?! I have the rights to do it! Please someone guide me.

So basically the guys that install the routers and stuff for us,can simply just copy down out passwords and we can't change anything?!

guys,where does the ipty ethernet cable connect to?
i had new furniture come in yesterday,and after i plugged everything back in.The iptv stopped working.I tried the lan ports on the router and the modem.
When connected to the router,it says page cannot be displayed.
when connected to the modem it says network unreachable.

is it ok to torrent with my unifi? or will they cut my speed if i start torrenting?

What program do you use??
