Anyone encountered any problems paying through UNIFI customer portal? For the past few months, I have been paying through the site without any problems. However, for this month, I went through the usual process and I received a message claiming that my payment is currently being processed and TM will call back for verification. However, I have yet to receive any calls. I also checked my credit card info and found out that nothing is being deducted, which means the payment has yet been made. When I returned to the UNIFI customer portal, it says that there is an "unsuccessful payment attempt" and I am only able to make another payment after a week, but the deadline for this month's payment is today.

Suddenly the wifi of my router rosak, all the comp cannot detect the network. I can connect using network cable but it is troublesome because my comp is located very far from the router.
Any possible cause other than faulty router? It happened all of the sudden btw.

I have a question regarding the router's compatibility. The Athena site lists several routers that are compatible with Unifi. So it means I can't just use any available router in the market? (eg. the Linksys WRT54G2 I used for my Streamyx before I upgraded to Unifi)
If I use a router that is not compatible with Unifi, I would not be able to establish a connection? What makes Unifi special that only certain routers are supported?

i am having slow connection to certain sites, popular sites like facebook and youtube seems to be fine though
