bro.. what color the internet works on modem? normal modem.. mine one is orange and i cant connect the internet.. it means got unpaid bills or what?

hi bro. i cant connect internet from 3 days ago... my white modem is okay.. dsl internet all got green light... and on my dir615 router.. internet got orange light... and others got yellow light... what happend.. should i change the router or? called 100 over and over but cant reach
