That test is some time before. Now can't achieve that high. But stable 5M+- now and nice ping. You're on landed property or high rise building? Nice ping there!
You're on VDSL2 or FTTH? I assume what you're saying is the orange D-Link router(DIR-615), all the LEDs should be Yellow Green when it's up and running fine. Orange when internet fails to connect. If your phone still working? If so, ring up TM and ask them to do a port reset and see how it goes. If internet still failed, might be Equipment fault or their site got connection problem. Ask them to open a report, you must request your report number to follow up and send a technician to check everything for you.
