Hey guys, there was a UNIFI/tm agent who came to my house and asked me to sign up for UNIFI. I agreed and filled up the forms, but now I can't change anymore, is it possible to cancel my registration? Since the installation is not dont yet?

TQ!

Thank you guys ! Em I'll do that first thing tomorrow, but would they charge me a penalty? Cause I've been browsing, saw some people that registered didn't proceed with the installation..

If you're using TM router... Possibly is router problem. I've been using wireless for over 1.5 years, no serious problem. Speed can maintain full.
No. They will give you a new phone line
No. They can't charge you anything as long as you never install it.
