My dir-615 cannot download the config.bin , it will return back to the normal page.

But i would like to know what my previous password. Can i know how to get my old password ?

The connection went dead since last night, the Huawei modem goes on and off, sometimes have to on-off few times to bring the lights back.

The manual said DSL should be On, and Internet should flash. I have this 2, but still cannot go to the net, and VOIP is red.

Any suggestions?

I have tried plug into one of the POTx port but it doesn't call out ...may be i try more scenario tonite.

There are 2 POTx port, one attached to Unifi provided deck phone (Motolora) and i plug the normal phone to another POTx, deck phone can call out but normal phone cannot

I thought STB are unifi property? Because when u terminate unifi u need to return the STB to unifi..

Btw STB u mean the fibre unit or the router?
Router is 1 year only

Yesterday my Unifi lost connection and signal for the whole night. Called them up to rectify the issue and it got fixed this morning. But, after the fix, I can't even stream Astro Stadium properly.. WTF! I'm currently using my Maxis to stream and it works! Unifi VIP20 inferior to mobile broadband. UNBELIEVABLY APPALLING!
