have been a SE fan all my life... 15yrs loyal to SE but i have reached my crossroad...
I have a Satio and my wife an Aino... was planning to get the Xperia Ray for her and Arc for me...

but... i guess i have to let SE go... not much confidence with them anymore and its quite sad... was expecting them to be stronger with androids...

as you said here... told my wife to look around for another phone she likes... and i went looking around also...

we came back to this conclusion also... she likes the SGW and me like SGS2.. just hope they will cover SGW for ICS4.... then it will be quite fair for my wife...

can anyone recommend a good/reliable/reasonable place to get these phones ?... today is holiday wanna go get them...

is it samsung itself or some authorised seller... trying to look the closest samsung outlet from puchong

just came back from lowyat... as usual the jam is a killer !!...

anyway... just to update... they say by this saturday the screen protector will be redy...

fyi.. this is my chat with the samsung guy from lowyat... most resellers will give 1 yr... the samsung center in pyramid is 18months... the authorised partner is 2yrs... and senq is 3yrs(by senq, not sme)...

just message the sales guy from ams mobility.. his reply was "not yat"

finally got the w white from lowyat today... 999 from the elite partner... 2yrs warranty.. free ori car charger n 8gb... no SP... but i looked around manage to find specifically for sgw... no case yet but using generic pouch for now...

when first order made my wife test her phone and she say no problems with the voice... see how things progress...

ps: forgot to add, SP no finger print rm18, second floor..

lowyat.. 3 escalators up from the food court.. just walk around main isle circle.. selling casing, sp and got neon signage stating repairs etc etc...

not exactly same as yours.. but made for it and fits... brand SKOOL for SGH-i8150 (AG-MATT Material)...

@fattchooi its a booth.. and with a display of casings... BTW no casing yet for sgw... using generic pouch...

few things... i am trying to move the sms/contacts from my wife SE Aino to the SGW... Trying to use MyPhoneExplorer... backup/restore feature

- Contacts came up double
- SMS looks silly in the conversation format... date formats not accurate
- any other tools we can use ?

secondly i am planning to install papago for w.. i was reading the 3 layers memory.. what is the disadvantage of installing papago direct into the internal memory ?... i think my wife not so bothered about games... just some crucial apps ...

not same myphoneexplorer and MyPhoneExplorer ?

its ok cyberkewl.. reason i asked coz, when went to android market... there are 2 "myphoneexplorer".. i just choose based on the developer... ill work on this and see where this takes me... thanks again...

i bought it here, SEP... got demo sets... after 3 days got my sms from SME warranty to 2013...
so far my wife is happy with the phone... but again she not hardcore user...

my s2 also if overuse like hang hang bit... but overall... i am happy with the product... hope Samsung will use this chance to hire the designers from SonyEricson, get the built team and r&d team from HTC then come out with better phones....
