It's smooth and no lag.Fyi,the Tube X apps only can get in their website and not in market.Just go to their website at Tubex.me then download the apps.Currently there is 4 HD videos in my W.All HD since i use my W to attract customers.Hehe~Camera memang superb but haven't try in any dark place yet.The problem is the sound very small when we talking on the phone.Any solution to make it louder?I adjust all the sound to maximum d..like just now my brother call me and the sound not so loud.. 

same here. i notice that i can't really hear what the other person on the phone is talking. oh well, maybe this phone is trying to reduce the amount of radiation in our body? lol.

Thats normal bro.. BTW i did not encounter any in call speaker problem, so i received calls and also made few calls last couple of days, i can hear loudness of the other party even in noisy area ...

Of course la i mean earpiece, bro. Who want to talk via loudspeaker (Crazy)..  Even just now i was speaking to my boss in a restaurant during my break..Loud and clear.. at volume 60% only

Perhaps you are not holding it right...
The earpiece might be positioned too low or too high. It ever happen to my Nokia 5800XM thus the low volume.

so far my wife using it for 2-3 days already call quality is fine. dunno why phonearena is complaining.

So i guess this is a good step to all newbie who want to buy this phone,
open the box and make a phone call to check on spot to make sure the call quality is good.
it might be happened on some of the units.

please dont write in caps dude, that means shouting in internet language. please write in lowercase. what's your complaint or issue with the call quality?

incase anythng happen just bring back to Service center ....

If phonearena is the only review site complaining, perhaps his unit is having the same problem like nic_doggy.

Just bring it to Samsung Service Center already, no use ranting here too much as it's not helping and wasting ur warranty day by day.

for those SGW users had said having sms issue.
can you give feedback whether the problem is just random or every each of sms you send can't be send and had to resend.

i saw white sgw dy. not only the back cover, the front edge is also white. different from ace, the white color back cover comes with texture.. nice to hold...
