anyone know whether the 24 month warranty from SEP still available now?

my fren, are you sure? coz I jus got reply from a phone seller who provide 24 months warranty before, but from 15/11/2011 onward he stop providing such offering d. So, I just want to know wheather SME had officially stop offering the SEP 24 month warranty?? Anyone else know about this?
