some say sen heng claiming warranty is difficult? i not sure coz i never claim through sen heng before....but honestly...less than 1 year u will feel your phone outdated already....surely next year there will be replacement for galaxy w...& so on....so i think surely u will be changing your phone by the second year already...most to most u will keep it for 2years max then sure u will switch for a newer model right? so i dont see why we need 3 years warranty unless u plan to use it for long term...

exactly! max is normally will use 2 years. that's why i said senheng is smart. they offer up to 3 years warranty. but not 2. if u take 1 year, will feel like not enough, but if 3 then like too much

I had my Iconia A500, changed few units, until i asked for refund. And they refunded.

That is why I find their customer service is not bad. Just my opinion...

The pointer always can jump here and there, no accuracy at all.. sometime the pointer are at here, but when u type, the word come out at other side.. p/s only replying someone post will have this prob, not in fast reply..

gorilla glass fall down also break...nothing so great about gorilla glass...its just stronger than ordinary glass so its more durable...

u might ask how about the anti-scratch feature then? dont be afraid...u wont be able to scratch galaxy w screen coz its coated with some anti-scratch coating on the screen
