I just sold my psp yesterday , and i showed all the function and things to the buyer [first time buying psp] , and he checked the whole psp , include buttons and games inside [he still say :" wow bleach "].And we done the deal. I didn't say there was personal warranty , everything should checked on spot , and worry that he will accidently off the power of the PSP , and need to flash it again , so i send him the link of how to flash psp back to the firmware that can play downloaded game , and also wrote him a guide of my own of simple steps to done that. half hours of chit chat-ing later , he give me Rm 600 , and i return him Rm 100 , because i just selling my psp for Rm 500 , and he mistaken given me extra Rm 100.
then yesterday midnight , about 13 hours after COD , he say there is a crack on the screen. But when COD that time , me and him also got checked on the screen , there is no crack. He now say he will send a picture to me.
from the guide here : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/338141
Limitations: The PW does not cover any physically abused items by the buyer within the period.
1. I not providing personal warranty
2. Item checked upon COD by buyer
3. screen crack after 13 hours
In this case , I need to be responsible for his damage on the screen ?
