is there any aftermarket cooler for GTX 560 Ti? i saw in garage sales many of them is for older card

i see artic cooling has one with 3 fans setup for GPU, but that one is too expensive for me, price around RM300

i saw artic cooling also has quite a variety for GPU cooling at their website, but i dont see sellers bringing it here

btw, i'm not looking for water cooler, my current gc is leadtek GTX 560 Ti, stock cooler is quite hot and noisy while gaming
