if you want a USB NKRO keyboard, here's one with brown switch, never used it before smile.gif

you can go for ducky ALPS ( storm88 ) or leopold ALPS ( need to ask cyclonechuah ) too, those should be less than 200, but tenkeyless ( no numpad ).

Razer Black Widow with cherry blue switches is priced at RM279. It should be good but quality might not be up to par,
but if you are lucky I think it's great buy. U should just find for the switch that suits you first, if blue doesn't you can have black, brown, red up to you. Then u can opt from cyclonechuah on his leopold keyboards ( RM 345, might be lower if you ask him for best price biggrin.gif ) which is great too. Mechanical keyboard is a great investment trust me. U would wan to bring it to everywhere when you have the chance. Man, I think I m gonna buy a tenkeyless kb to bring around biggrin.gif

I haven't settled on a budget yet. I know it's gonna be expensive so I'm still looking around. I don't want a local made keyboard to be honest.
I don't mind 2nd hand but it's got to be a quality keyboard la.

If you actually read through the thread, i've already mentioned alot of times, a keyboard is just a tool, its all lay down to which type of switches you prefer, some people don't like black for gaming when its stated it's great for gaming because they don't like the feeling of using alot of forces to press a button, when they are asked to try black instead, they refused because they liked the brown switch.

Currently the Leopold cyclone haz black/red/blue switch. brown out of stock. comes with a free set of blank caps as well, pretty good deal if u ask me.
like kEazYc said, keyboard is just a tool.
Tons of companies out there claim their mechanical keyboard is gaming grade blah blah blah, but it still depends on the user him/herself as different people has different taste of switches.
like me, i'm more to linear switches like black and red.

hope this pic explain it

I wish to drill but can't find the right position cause mostly block by the PCB wiring which if i miss drill i will in doom ><

Than i mod the switch so the LED leg can come out and solder it to wire.

Just got my Ducky Shine Brown switches. Replaced WASD with red keycaps and ESC with yellow ducky logo keycap. Need time to get used to the responsiveness.
