As noted on our store's FAQ, cancellations (regardless as to whether they are for in stock or pre-order items) are generally not accepted by our store. While we can make exceptions to this rule sometimes, we cannot accept a request for cancellations as large as the one below. There is one alternative possibility in cases like this - when customers are really unable to complete their orders with our store we can perform a "complete cancellation" of all orders on their account. This means that all orders and items will be cancelled at once - please remember that items, once cancelled, cannot be reordered. So basically all open orders would be permanently closed without the possibility of reordering those items.

Because your account already has a number of cancellations, we would only be able to offer this complete cancellation under the condition that your account also be permanently closed. This means you would no longer be able to purchase from our store. Please let us know if you would like to go through with this. We apologize for the inconvenience.
