I think that Dr. Pepper one is only for US.
 I haven't checked Dr. Pepper bottles in Canada, I did remember seeing some sort of BF3 label on one..Need to check again. EDIT : Oh yeah, they have it~ I just walked to 7-11 and found it. BF3 is one of them. I'm in the website and its there, problem is now dunno why I'm getting "Unexpected error, please try again later."...
