QUOTE(Quazacolt @ Nov 6 2011, 07:02 PM) judging how young the hybrid market is, money wise, you're gonna lose out. i dont give a crap about nature, true but thats the thing, petrol prices are skyrocketing so wanna make a safe bet~however with how unstable the petrol prices are, and having a hybrid means you're helping out mother nature, its worth it, right? if you dont give a rat's ass about helping out the earth in reducing pollution (inb4 battery manufacturing process causes more pollution lol) then dont get a hybrid just wanna know details cuz i only know prius battery about rm11k and insight battery about rm7k plus~ if this car use the 7k+ then okay la,not so pain even if have to change 3-5 years :3 and then i also read from another article say the hybrid battery will last up to the car's lifetime (about 8 years or so) wouldn't mind getting this despite the lack of space and pain in the ass blindspot from what i heard but if too pain then ill get the volkswagen polo :3 |

so im assuming the battery life will heavily depend on factors similar to fuel consumption which is how rough i drive the car,how far i take it and how often i use it :3
im actually not so worried about the cost because i know in the future it'll be less pain the ass, im just worried that anytime i use,the battery suddenly kong and i dont have enough money saved in time to buy new battery only o.o |

QUOTE(westlife @ Nov 6 2011, 11:43 PM) if u do not even have adequate income or rainny savings as what u said, basically u are squeezing urself real deep hard that i do not see that u are really to buy rm100k above car at the moments. u may want to think twice in the first place as it looks to me that it is already a big burden to u. if to own a rm100k above car it eats up all ur monthly income with no extra left at all... then u really need to consider carefully if u really want to take up this. i guess you're right but buying the car isnt an issue for me,just the maintenance part well, this car is pretty much sold out for now anyway, ill probably try to find some hybrid gurus around and see what they have to say~ heck,i might as well get an insight if space is too much of an issue x) |
