guys, planning to take the new LC clutch 5 gear. got anything that is not good with the bike, your opinion?

guys, my bike is reaching 40000km already. thinking of overhaul DIY since my father is a mechanic, but not moped ones. besides changing spoiled stuff (if got), what else should i change? clutch plate, etc... also thinking of changing to nob1 3bold pipe. 1 more, maxxis diamond got what size beside 80/90? also, what bigger block do you guys recommend that is easy to install, just pick-n-place, and also able to endure long distance (KL to melaka)?
