The head for normal bike got coolant. But certain big valve head that is too big. The longkang hole on the head will gone due to the head was skim alot to increase the compression.
See the picture below of the two head? One of the head (LEFT) got hole where the coolant can still pass by, while another one (RIGHT) is no holes. Mean no coolant circulating around the head. Correct me if im wrong.

15/36 was way too heavy.. If your engine still stock dont go further lower than 15/38.. This will decrease your RPM and torque so much. And 100/80 tyres with big rim is burden too. If you can increase your engine torque. This will cope with your increasing weight. More weight need more torque to pull it and also feed enough horsepower to your bike. Than your power to weight ratio will increase + this weight will help your bike go faster because of the large momentum it gives. So if you want to increase weight make sure u must have sufficient horsepower + torque to give you a smooth ride.

He 1 also with the drain inside the block...but...who can survive in 26hp??? Plus this modified makes his liquid cooler break.

i think liquid cool will dry up veli fast... the spare tank sure habis fast only.. haha..

no worries about coolant lor.. coolant usually has higher boiling point..
unless ur combustion produce heat too high.. later ur coolant dry..
or might ur block berlubang?

can i use this flat black spray technique to repaint my faded yamaha ego-S cover? ermm, i mean its for the black cover part only, not the whole body..
and what kind of spray that u use? where can i find them?

btw, i know that i'm in a wrong thread.. this thread supposed to discuss about yamaha 135LC only, not yamaha ego-S..
but i just need some help here, dont know where to go.. 

what do u means by "spray layer by layer"? how many layer do i need to spray?
so i just need to use this anchor brand flat black spray only right? or do i need to cover with some clear spray afterwards? or is that better for me to use metallic black instead of flat black?

hey pal, are u sure i need to use sand paper  no.1000?
i just go to hardware store to checkout this sand paper today, and i personally think this no 1000 sand paper is a lil bit coarse.. (actually i have no experience using any sand paper before)
so, i just want to confirm about the sand paper things before i start rubbing my ego-s black cover...
