QUOTE(melvinho @ Nov 15 2011, 10:15 AM) Is depen on your weight , EO , Sprocket setting manifold size, carb setting , fuel ,and riding skill. CDI will help increase acceleration and pickup up to 5% sprocket combination is depen on rider weight. Fuel recomended is ron 97 BHP , Esso , Mobil or shell V-Power.Dont try to use ron 95 on shell , and u will feel the turtle inside ur engine is walking. u can try custom your manifold or change ur exhaust system. recomened manifold size is 28~30mm.will help increase top speed. QUOTE(TryX @ Nov 15 2011, 05:16 PM) some of the cheap cheap EO might give good result in short terms. But how bout longterm engine protection? is it good enough for our LC? Our LC using 800ml eo only. As per my research even the bike is not modify. if we using it to run in long journeys everyday. the EO level will drop. No idea where the eo go. So the bike wear and tear is faster if the lubricant package is not up to par. But if using the bike for short distance they wont have this problem. so for ppl that always run long distance better check they EO lvl regularly to make sure the bike running in good conditions. for me i try all kind of eo. if for better accelerations. i personally prefer Hi Rev, castrol and yamahalube as they give better acceleration when the eo is new. but they dont last very long. so have to change more frequently. yeah maybe the eo havent pass 1000km mark yet..he he he i owiz ride wangsa maju > ttdi > wangsa maju... everyday... full thrott... but today found cant go any further than 130.. hehe change rear tire 100 80 and front 80 90... |

QUOTE(MrBushido25 @ Nov 17 2011, 10:36 AM) Here r my guidelines...1) For comfort pressure lower than 150kpa to 180kpa for front (maybe slight higher FC but better grip at front) 2) Back tire heavier load maybe at 231kpa to 260kpa 3) Balance between front and back around 200kpa to 230kpa Hope this will help u bcos it is all how u 1 set up your bike for purpose, long distance, corner, normal ride and etc |

XD waa..which one is right huh?? is there any number or any instruction on the tire i mean i saw a number on the tire which is 44..not sure it indicates the recommended pressure or not...but last time i pump my tire, i saw the pressure is about 49..is it because the temperature because before that i was riding for a few km..u know, temperature increase P also increase..now my bike rear tire felt slightly softer.. mayb thats why i get good fc.. For my case i pump 225 for front and 250 for rear.
My front tyre is 70/90 and rear is 90/80. I don't like the tyre too soft, cause i feel not stable during corner, especially the rear one I am going to service my bike next monday. Then go tokico to change white bulb + install switch on right handle. After that go wash motor, hope no rain lah... |
