hi guys, pls help me in this matter.
for personal reasons, is it possible if i call tmnet to cancel my unifi application (now still in process)?
then can i re-register unifi online by myself? and if can, will i be able to use back the same login details as before?

sure, as long as its not at the "point of no return" installer already at your house and in the middle of installing you decided you dont want it or your beautiful home scared of drilling(youll get penatly RM200) if you stop at this point (or appointment is already set-short story).... hehe
but next registration you wont be able to use your preferred unifi login id that you 1st register

I just did that

You need to cancel it by calling Unifi (1300-88-1222), select language then press 1 , they will escalate it to the reseller to cancel it, the reseller normally do it slow and u need another call to Unifi (1300-88-1221) by press 1 - for portal team to remove ur account and they will send u the info on new username n pwd and then you proceed further but the info that used for previous registration will be gone including the phone number and date of installation.

not sure if the contact number middle with "88" , check urself

The fastest way to contact the agent whom u registered with.

You wil nt get back the same username.
