1) sets of 4 ft H x 4 ft W Aluminium casement window with tinted glass. Supply & install
2) sets of 4 ft H x 4 ft W Window grill with painted. Supply & install
3) set of 4 ft x 4 ft Aluminium sliding window. Supply & install
4) Demolish existing 7" x 7" door and fill up with cement wall.

here's roughly the price
1)casement window basic rm20-23/psf. tint + rm 5/psf
2) window grill = rm8 (hollow tube) , rm9 (flat bar). powder coating +rm2-2.50 (all prices in psf)
3) not too sure, but expect it to be rm30-40/psf
4) around rm800-900 (with plaster)
